Our most hectic time in NZ saw us in 8 days conducting 7 meetings, sleeping in 4 different locations, packing and unpacking everything into the car each time we move. It has been hectic, but some highlights include:
– A youth leader being really touched and remarked how surprised he was to learn from us some of the history of Christian anti-Semitism
– A young man came forward for prayer looking nervous. He said he felt scared and wanted the voices to go from his head. I prayed with him and afterwards he said he “felt like a new man” and described a series of words the Lord gave him. He looked visibly more confident and happy
– A woman was seeking prayer for healing for her knees and the Lord gave us a word of knowledge about a relationship in her life that needed forgiveness, and little did we know how bad the situation had been. We prayed to forgive the person and also then for a full release of healing and blessing the woman seeking prayer
– In one church the pastor gave us lots of time to share, and his Church was particularly hungry for what we had to share. At the end the pastor remarked “that was the shortest and best 90 minute sermon I have ever heard”
The kids have travelled well through all this, and we also got to have some breaks in between to enjoy the scenery and have time as a family.
